4. User-Generated Content
Users may create and publish learning goals to the marketplace. You retain ownership of your content. By publishing, you grant other users the right to view and adopt your goals. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of content you publish.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: misuse the service for illegal purposes, attempt to bypass authentication, scrape or copy content beyond reasonable personal use, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

AICadMe and neoned71 Technologies are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
